Who is a good candidate for RHA®?

If you have noticed that your hands have lost volume or are starting to look their age, you may be able to benefit from RHA®. If you have a history of bleeding disorders, severe allergies, or are pregnant or breastfeeding, you should not receive these injections.

What to expect

A separate consult is not required for hand filler, but you can request one if you prefer. Your visit includes time to discuss your goals and answer any questions before treatment.

During your treatment session, RHA® will be injected into the back of your hand to add volume in hollow looking areas. Results are immediate and long lasting, up to a year; so monthly touch-ups are not necessary.

Recovery

One of the many perks of RHA® is that there is no downtime associated with it! This means that you can return to your everyday activities directly after your treatment session. You may notice bruising, redness, or itching at the injection sites, though an ice pack can help to relieve these side effects.
