Implant: OVER THE MUSCLE low-profile 220cc Sientra silicone implant
This 47-year-old woman already liked the mature nature of her breasts. She did not want a lift!  She did want more fullness and specifically chose a low-profile 220cc Sientra silicone implant which we placed OVER THE MUSCLE. A Submuscular placement would have required a breast lift to avoid a ‘Snoopy‘ deformity. She is thrilled that we listened to what she wanted.
