This 22 year old woman did not like the size of her breasts for her frame and nor the asymmetry of her breasts. Her right breast was much smaller than her left breast. She chose to have a breast augmentation with different size breast implants to even her out. Sientra textured, tear drop shaped, natural feeling gummy bear breast implants were used. She had a 500 cc breast implant placed in the left or larger breast and a 600 cc breast implant placed in the right or smaller breast.
Her implants were placed above the muscle to achieve a better shape and avoid the complication of breast animation. This is possible with Sientra implants because the texture dramatically reduces capsule contracture and rippling is not a problem with Sientra’s highly cohesive or gummy bear breast implants.
