Dr. Partington did an amazing job! I am exactly the size that I had wanted with quite literally a 24hr recovery to a point. I was driving 24 hours after once anesthesia had worn off. He and his team were always available to answer any questions or concerns I may have had. Don’t let the word recovery fool you though…. I felt amazing given the procedure I had done. There was still a recovery process to go through, which was nothing compared to what people I know have gone through with other methods. I would 10 out of 10 recommend to anyone who is wanting to go bigger to at the very least schedule a consultation here and consider the 24hr recovery!

When I think of Dr. Partington Grateful comes to mind. I was so fortunate to have found a very skilled and brilliant Surgeon. And Kind! I had done much research and truthfully didn’t feel completely comfortable until I met Dr. P. and his staff.. I had severe capsular contracture resulting from a previous breast augmentation several years ago. After consulting with Dr. Partington I decided to have a breast implant removal and exchange. It was not an easy decision but I couldn’t be happier with the results. I know I made the right decision. I am post 5 weeks now and haven’t had any concerns. The follow up care they provide is excellent. I am doing great! The staff are all so very caring and knowledgeable.

I got a breast reduction procedure done through Dr. Partington. He’s a great doctor. Takes the time to thoroughly explain everything. I was called at home to see how I was doing. I feel the follow-up was great. The people who worked at the front were all very nice. I feel the office was safe, clean and that everyone was very friendly. After much research for Doctors, details of procedures, cost etc I finally went with Dr. Partington at this Center. I had the “mommy make-over” after losing almost 100 pounds 13 years ago and keeping the weight off, I decided it was time to do something for me. I opted to do both the breast lift and tummy tuck at the same time. Dr. Partington and his staff are phenomenal! Dr. Partington called me after business hours and even provided his personal phone number in case I needed to contact him. The initial consultation took about 1 hour and he was very thorough, even drawing things out, which was both funny and helpful. My follow up care with his nurse and him has been great. He and his staff really seem to care about their patients and you do not feel rushed or like you are just another person to see for the day and get out the door. I would highly recommend this Center, I do not regret anything.

I love these guys!! They make you feel like family as soon as you walk in. As soon as you walk in the door you get greeted by adorable Jessica, she is the bomb!
The key take away here is they will only do what’s best for you, no more no less….. they are not trying to just get the most $$ out of us. They don’t short change you when they do your procedure, actually take their time, never rushed!
Here’s how it all started. I went over to Sonobello Dec 2016 for a consultation, I came out of there with a $12,000 quote for a mini facelift. I then decided to get another opinion so I went to Dr. Partington’s in Kirkland for a consultation. Dr Windle said he could do the facelift, but it’s not really fixing the main problem. I was like WHAAAT!, irritated the other place just wanted my $$$!
I had lots of sun damage, big pours, loose skin, my skin texture was a mess! I decided to do a $3,000 procedure, called Phenol Peel. I looked it up and read up on it to get a better understanding and agreed!
I was down for a couple weeks, minimal pain and the results were amazing and worth it! I have continued seeing Dr Partington since 2017 for preventative maintenance (Botox, Fillers, skin laser and Micro-needling) and I’m still just under the $12,000 quote from Sonobello! Look no further, this is the place to go!
My Esthetician Carly is Fabulous! She totally takes her time with you and loves when you ask questions.
Check out the Spa membership they have, it is so worth it!!

I went to Dr. Partington for my botox in April and am VERY happy with the results. He went over placement and strategy and was just an overall easygoing nice doctor. He was able to achieve the same look I was used to getting while using nearly 1/2 the product! I had been paying for 60 units elsewhere, but with precision of placement I got the same results with only 38 units. He was thorough in explaining his placement for my features and pointed out a few key areas for me to avoid injecting. I appreciated his opinion and honesty. I waited 3 weeks to write this review, just to leave an accurate representation of my experience both during and post procedure. The results are phenomenal and I wont be going anywhere else for botox ever.
I also just had microneedling with their medical aesthetician and am looking forward to seeing Lindsey again for laser/ light therapy!
Office is very clean, lobby is cozy and front desk staff is very friendly.

100% satisfied with my blepharoplasty procedure done by Dr. Partington. From the very beginning of the process, when I spent the afternoon researching who to contact and sent out requests for consultations – Dr. Partington himself phoned me the very next morning to chat and learn what my desires and expectations were. I never even got an automated response from anyone else I put a request in to! My consultation visit, he was very thorough in explaining things I could expect, both in the process and the results. The day of procedure, and in the follow ups since, he’s been wonderful. Him and his team make every effort and then some to keep you calm and feel confident that everything will go fine. And, it does! And very accessible right from the day you go home – he invites you to reach out and contact him with absolutely any questions or concerns. I honestly could not have asked for any better experience, or results. Very happy.

Over the course of the last 10 years I have lost 130+lbs and had been nervous about getting a procedure done hoping things would naturally correct themselves to a point I would be satisfied since I was younger. That didn’t happen and after having a total of 5 consultations I chose Dr Partington. My first impression was that he was very attentive given that I filled out the consultation form on their website around 11pm and within 30 minutes I got a text from his personal cell that was obviously not a generic template text. I knew if I chose him and something came up he would be quick to respond if he responded that quickly to a consultation.
Next came the actual consultation. I’m prone to ask a lot of questions out of an abundance of caution and it can often frustrate and annoy people because they seem redundant or out of the blue. Also I should mention this was my first surgery ever so add on top of that my nerves. He took his time, didn’t rush anything and answered the laundry list of questions I had come in with ready to ask after having already visited 4 other plastic surgeons. He cared about getting me the best result knowing the time and work I had taken to get where I was.
I ultimately ended up choosing him because he took his time, didn’t rush, gave me a clear understanding of what to expect and didn’t skimp on the details. He is someone who seems to genuinely care about making a positive impact on people and improving their quality of life. Even after choosing him he took a FaceTime follow up to address some more of my questions and finally at my pre-op was so kind to take almost an hour and a half to be very clear as to what I needed to do post op, dispel my concerns and give me perspective to calm me down.
The surgery ended up going perfectly. He called me the evening after to check on me and make sure I was doing well. The results were exactly as he had described when we met initially for this first round of surgery and I am currently 1 month post op and feeling great. There is some light swelling and numbness that was to be expected but visually the results are great. Also a shout out to Jess at their front desk for taking my calls and being so helpful and accommodating.

I’ve been going Partington Plastic Surgery since I decided to do laser hair removal in July of last year. Their esthetician Kristin was very professional and the staff made me feel relaxed and confident in the services that I was receiving.
